OK, I should be writing about this last night, right after the launch function at the ballroom of Berjaya Time Square Hotel. It is in fact a good news for most of the people there, especially our team at Ansar Channel. However, due to lots of work in our mind, even as the most highlihted channel for that night with MiTV Chairman giving the most time to the channel when he was presenting what MiTV have to offer, and also when our beloved PM showing his interest to the channel.. we however treat it as just another day at work. With no photos, no preparation for glamour and just being what we know best.. BEING OURSELVES.
I came late for the function. I got a shooting session at the office to direct. It's a Public Service Announcement. But, since the function is just across the road. Might as well just come later.
The most difficult part of the function has to be answering questions by most friends there.. "who's Channel is this?" .. as reluctant as we can say, we want to say other names but no other names involved here... so, we just say "we are the owners" and shut up.. and start to move on.
You see, in a functions where almost all media 'tycoon' are around. You don't simply expose yourself. I would rahter be in the studio, work the channel up than to be in a function full of sharks.
Anyway, I would like to thank you to
1. Dato'Rosman, who believe in us and gave us the chance to be an entreprenuer. Hence, here's a new channel.
2. Our Beloved PM, who personally like our concept and spend his time to meet our team personally for a brief introduction.
3. The passionate team. (that includes you Lissa ..) for giving the best to make things happen. (I consider it's not happening yet.. but we'll get there )
4. MiTV team.. Celebrate hapa? There's lots of things to be done. AND please (to some of them) .. KNOW THY FRIEND (outer image can be deceiving.. i can be just that if you want to..)
5. Nice to meet you again, (after my long hiding fr any functions).. Afdlin Shauki, Anuar Zain, Aziz Bakar, Izelan Basar, Charles Mohan, Steven Patrick, Sarimah, Dayang Nurfaizah, Izham Omar, Cheryl Samad, Ezlynn and Adibah Noor. (btw, Adibah's debut album is out now, go get it now!)

p.s No, don't ask me anything on the price of the setop box, or the services provided by MiTV and so on.. I'm not an employee of MiTV, so that's not what I'm suppose to be answering.
