It's a week spent entirely building and developing the new team members. When a team grows, it is vital to make sure that everybody have a clear vision of their own goals as well as the goal of the team.
What can I say about my team? They did a superb job in developing themselves. They are serious in chasing their dreams. They are determined to make a significant change for a much better life in the near future. And I'm very sure.. If we could just maintain such high level of positive energy.. You'll see the result from every one of them by year end.
Nobody said it's an easy task. But they took a chance and I don't think they'll back off from the decision they have made.
It's a tiring week. YET... it's a wonderful progress.
